Thématiques de recherche
Membre de l’équipe de recherche BIOSSE .
Nos travaux portent sur l’écotoxicologie de contaminants émergents (nanomatériaux, micro et nanoplastiques) en milieux côtiers et estuariens.
Ces recherches visent à accroître les connaissances et à développer des outils d’évaluation en vue d'améliorer la gestion du risque lié à l'exposition des organismes à ces contaminants. La démarche intégrative sur les effets du stress chimique à différents niveaux d’organisation biologique (approche « Adverse Outcome Pathway » : AOP), depuis la molécule jusqu’à la population, développée au laboratoire ces dernières années, vis-à-vis des métaux notamment, est adaptée à ces nouveaux contaminants.
